I remember you... Your name a whisper in the wind, Now that you've been gone. Tears subside, a smile As I reminisce... Your face in the sunrise, sunset, stars. My eyes close, The familiar ache I remember you...

In a society that screams Get more, Do more, Be more. When do you respond enough? Be real. Be you. Be happy.

Remember when your Mom told you "No?" Then things turned out better than if she would have said "Yes?" And she didn't say "I told you so?" Yeah, thank her for that! Happy Mother's Day!

(Vasculitis Foundation) Silent until you made yourself known, You speak so loudly at times that my body is mute. Rendered helpless at times I continue to fight, My scars not always visible. A warrior still...fighting...still. You roar against me as I hang on; my body unfamiliar, a stranger Who is a warrior? Those fighting for normalcy, Betrayal from a disease that is never finished. You are whole still...fighting...still. May is Vasculitis Awareness Month. Please increase your awareness and share. A cure is possible!
