Honey, Just Seize It!

The online dictionary defines a moment as "a particular time, period of success, excellence, fame, etc." How many times do we miss a moment? Easy to do given the quick pace of our lives, events, perhaps even relationships. I can't help but wonder how our lives would be enhanced by catching more of these moments? This morning, when looking out the window (sans coffee I might add), I saw two cardinals in the backyard. Simplistic and absolutely stunning! My first thought, I should get my phone and snap a picture. It was then that I determined by running to get my phone, I had the potential to actually miss this opportunity. When we're having this experience, it's common to feel stuck. We often become so focused on the negativity that it can take over our lives.
