Ever have one of those days? Where you try to stay positive but anything and everything GOES WRONG! You're trying to remember every positive quote that you can, closing your eyes, deep breaths etc. Then it hits you...you're just having an off day!
This was my day recently and boy was I trying to think my best thoughts, to feel my best and TRYING to be my best. However...can you say comedy of errors?!? THEN it happened. I was driving in my car, looked over and saw a muscle bound man singing his heart out. It was karaoke day in his car and boy did he look joyous! In spite of my day, I smiled and laughed out loud. So, thank you muscle bound dude for breaking the negative pattern of my day. Kudos!
