Thank You Mr. Crossing Guard!

THINK your best thoughts in order to FEEL your best to TRY and BE your best!

Every morning after I drop my daughter off at school, I get a daily dose of positivity. The elementary school across from her school has a crossing guard. Standing at the corner, he smiles, waves or gives a thumb up to every car passing by. (Even managing this when he's helping a student cross the street).

Do you know what happens every time I see him? I smile (and of course wave back). Through this small gesture, he creates a happy start to my day and I'm very grateful!

This started my thinking about small gestures. We're all so busy, attached to our phones and running through our day. However, there is big power in small gestures!

What small thing can you do this week to make someone's life better?!?

What does someone else do for you that makes a big difference?!?
