What do you call those experiences where everything aligns?  Time is a non-issue; you're relaxed, present and absorbing everything at a high level.  I like to call them our MOMENTS. With everything going on in the world, it does the soul well to embrace these moments.


This week, some of our moments were:


*Perusing the beautiful produce at the Farmer's Market


*Coffee and toast at one of our favorite places, Blackdog Coffeehouse 


*Reciprocated smile from a fellow runner on the trail


*Hearing your child's laugh when they don't know you're listening


*Your dog's random roll in the grass with a great big smile during your walk


*At the coffee shop, your name autocorrected from Molly to Jolly


*Gentle breeze on your walk right when you need it


What were your moments this week?  Pay attention to how you felt.  When you felt this way, how did it affect your demeanor and interactions with others?  May you have many MOMENTS this week!
