The Power of I will

THINK your best thoughts in order to FEEL your best to TRY and BE your best!

 

 

Ever have one of those moments where you've made a commitment to do something and you're struggling to do it?  I think we've all experienced this at some time or another! 

 

What do you tell yourself when you're experiencing this?  Is it full of "I can't, There's no way, I'll never be able to etc.?"  This was my mindset on Saturday Morning when I woke up with a headache and running three miles felt like a marathon.  Experiencing the rush of "Not today, I'm not sure and Can I really get this done" left me feeling overwhelmed and drained of energy.

 

The next time you find yourself in this position, quiet your mind; giving the negative noise a chance to JUST BE and intentionally replace those thoughts by saying "I can and I will."  The great news is that we get to choose whether we give our self talk credibility or not.
