Maintaining Your Merry

It's no surprise that with all of the happenings in our lives right now you might experience some stress. From politics, work, family or health stress and preparing for the holidays it can be overwhelming at times. How do you manage when your merry has made an exit? A short list of things to maintain your merry:

*Wear the santa/elf hat (As you can see, the elf hat has done WONDERS for our dog!)

*Drink (Take this how you would like but I was thinking cozy) ;)

*Change your scenery (Go outside or do another activity)

*Light a candle

*Play some music

*Compliment someone

*Let someone else go in front of you in the line at the store

*Smile

*Do a gratitude check to focus on the positive!

THINK your best thoughts in order to FEEL your best to TRY and BE your best!
