Seek your light

Sometimes, we need to search a little to find sunshine!

 

Do you ever feel that the sunshine is missing you?  Stress, worries, or challenges often create the illusion that light is only available to others.  It's in these moments that we may need to search for our sunshine.  What are some ways to find your light?

 

*Ask for help

*Lean on friends

*Give your time to others

*Seek time in nature

*Tidy up your physical space

*Confront your emotions

*Do something physical

*Take up a new (or former) hobby

*Bake for Hospice

*Learn a new skill

*Teach something

*Read to a child

*Journal

*Practice daily gratitude

*Have faith that the sunshine will return
